Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 600 grams Diced Chicken Breast
  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 200 grams Garden peas
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • Chinese 5 Spice
  • 2.5 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Put instant pot in sauté mode. Scramble eggs and put aside.
  • Part cook chicken on sauté mode.
  • Add rice and peas, crumble stock cube, sprinkle 5 spice and pour soy sauce.
  • Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Natural release for 7 minutes.
  • Add egg and mix.
