Instant Pot Chicken Fried Rice
An easy one pot recipe that tastes better than from a Chinese.

- 2 cups Basmati Rice
- 600 grams Diced Chicken Breast
- 4 Eggs Large
- 200 grams Garden peas
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- Chinese 5 Spice
- 2.5 cups Water
Put instant pot in sauté mode. Scramble eggs and put aside.
Part cook chicken on sauté mode.
Add rice and peas, crumble stock cube, sprinkle 5 spice and pour soy sauce.
Pressure cook on high for 4 minutes. Natural release for 7 minutes.
Add egg and mix.
