Liquid Egg Whites
I use Two Chick Liquid Egg Whites. Use 4 large egg whites if you don’t have liquid egg whites.

Instructions
Pizza Base
Whisk the egg whites and cornflour (and any seasoning) until the whites form stiff peaks.
Line a pizza (or other baking) tray with parchment paper.
Spread the egg whites onto the parchment, approximately half an inch.
Bake in the oven at 180c for 15 minutes or until brown and firm (If they look done they’re done).
Toppings
Grill the bacon medallions. (Don’t overcook them as they’ll be going in the oven.)
Chop bacon and chicken.
Spread Pizza Sauce over the base.
Sprinkle cheese. (Toppings before cheese is WRONG)
Spread Toppings.
Place pizza in oven until cheese is melted to preference.
Eat. Enjoy. Thank me later.
