- 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
- 42 g Red Onions sliced
- 100 g Carrots sliced
- 92 g Celery Sticks
- 5.5 g Sucralose Granulated Sweetener
- 75 g Tomato Puree
- 400 ml Water
- 300 ml Skimmed Milk BOB Milk Skimmed taste like Semi
- 25 g Cornflour
- 3 tsp Dried Basil
Add all ingredients except milk and cornflour to soup maker.
Run Smooth program for 21 minutes.
Gradually add and mix 200ml milk to the cornflour.
Add cornflour/milk slurry to soup and blend until soup is smooth and thickened.
Add remaining milk to soup.
Blend again until mixed.
