Weigh-In 9th June 2025

391.5lbs

Before our weekend away I weighed myself, then I weighed again our first morning home. Having eaten Burger King, Chip Shop, pastries, biscuits and other not so good options I knew full well that I was going to have put weight on, I just hoped I wouldn’t be back over 400lbs. I stepped on the scales, saw the number and did the quick calculation, I had gone up 0.2lbs, hell I could go for a wee and lose that 0.2lbs. I am so relieved and it is nice to know that whilst we didn’t eat the most nutritious food, I still made sensible enough decisions.

We’ve got a birthday in the family this week which means takeaway for dinner, and they’ve already decided on it being Chinese, so it will be another exercise in making a sensible decision, but other than that there is no reason to not be back to dieting and exercising, so hopefully next week I’ll drop below 390lbs. Fingers crossed, and uncrossed, and crossed again. There, that’s a few calroeis burned.
