Down 3.1lbs this week, and I’m not sure how to feel about it. Less than half a pound a day, that sucks, but it’s still a loss so yay. I think the problem Im having is I am only seeing the number on the scale which probably isn’t telling the whole story. I’ve got a decent set of scales, but I’ve been looking into some more advanced ones this week which are basically equal to the sort you might find in a gym where you stand barefoot and hold a handle to get a breakdown of your body composition, even down to individual limbs. The only problem is they are not cheap, maybe I’ll just keep looking for now, maybe, or…
On a positive note, a stranger stopped me at the gym yesterday to tell me it looked like I had lost a load of weight since they had last seen me about a month and a half ago. We figured he was probably last at the gym the first week after Vikki and I moved gyms, so it’s nice to know that the hard work I’ve been putting in is having noticeable results because honestly even though I can tell the difference in the way my clothes fit and I feel a lot fitter and stronger, visually I can’t see a difference.
