Here we go, part 3 of the rapid recall round. Without going into too much detail I’m just going to say that things have gone to pooh this week, so both the diet and exercise have taken a hit because frankly sometimes it is more important to focus on your mind than your body. Anyway…
Breakfast
Toast with butter, and I mean proper toast not danish, ultimate comfort food. 298 calories.
Lunch
Corned beef sandwiches using brown thins, and a pack of cheetos. 518 calories.
Dinner
Dinner was homemade pizza. I really couldn’t be bothered to weigh everything so I don’t know how many calories it was. Chicken and salami, definitely managed to raise a smile.
Snacks
Crispy air, otherwise known as quavers. 86 calories.
Exercise
No gym today, neither of us were really up for it. I managed to get out with Darby though and we finished off our walk with a prolonged sniff around the park, Darby, not me. 385 calories.
