Ingredients
  

  • 600 g Chicken Breast
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Low Carb Tortilla Wraps
  • 4 slices Mozzarella
  • 1 bag Shredded Lettuce
  • Seasoning to Personal Preference I use Shawarma Seasoning
  • Zero calorie Golden Syrup Optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in pressure cooker.
  • Crumble stock cube and add to pressure cooker, with water.
  • Sprinkle seasoning over chicken breasts.
  • Close pressure cooker, ensure vent is set to sealed and set pressure cooker to 10 minutes on high.
  • Allow pressure cook to natural vent for 5 minutes, then finish off with a quick vent.
  • Shred chicken breasts.
  • Add seasoning and golden syrup to shredded chicken and mix well.
  • Spread a generous layer of lettuce on a wrap, followed by cheese and chicken.
  • Wrap it up and dig in.
