Shedded Chicken Wraps

- Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken Breast
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Low Carb Tortilla Wraps
- 4 slices Mozzarella
- 1 bag Shredded Lettuce
- Seasoning to Personal Preference I use Shawarma Seasoning
- Zero calorie Golden Syrup Optional
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in pressure cooker.
- Crumble stock cube and add to pressure cooker, with water.
- Sprinkle seasoning over chicken breasts.
- Close pressure cooker, ensure vent is set to sealed and set pressure cooker to 10 minutes on high.
- Allow pressure cook to natural vent for 5 minutes, then finish off with a quick vent.
- Shred chicken breasts.
- Add seasoning and golden syrup to shredded chicken and mix well.
- Spread a generous layer of lettuce on a wrap, followed by cheese and chicken.
- Wrap it up and dig in.
