Day Five

Sunday, lazy Sunday, except we have a Darby, so no chilling in bed. Up early to sort him out and try to wake up with a cuppa, with sweeteners in place of sugar. Pair that with a Fuel10K chocolate breakfast drink, and that’s breakfast done. 168 calories.

We have some bagel thins leftover that need eating so I push the boat out and have a couple of cheese bagels for lunch, with no butter and absolutely minimal cheese, but it’s still a warm cheese bagel so I’m happy. Throw in some puft hula hoops and a cheestring as we’ve got a gourmet lunch, all for 656 calories.

Mid afternoon I start to feel peckish, which is normally when a chocolate bar or something else naughty would make a show, but I’m being good so opt for a banana instead. I even weigh it to make sure calories are accurate. 97 calories.

At tea it is time for the Instant Pot to work it’s magic, with Chicken Fried Rice, and because the calories are so good on it I even have room for some prawn crackers. All for 671 calories.

Sunday is normally pudding day, but we’re skipping a pudding this week, well, Vikki is, and I’m having a milkshake as pudding instead. It’s simple to make, a squirt of Belgian chocolate sauce, a couple of bottles of yazoo chocolate milk, and as much skinny vanilla syrup as you like. Set the Ninja Slushi to milkshake and let it do it’s thing. To say the milkshake is amazing is an understatement, it’s like a Macdonald’s milkshake, but 100 times better. Sure, it’s not the healthiest option, but I can easily fit it into my allowance, and it is so much better than a lot of alternatives. Under 550 calories.

Total calorie intake 2185
