CREAMi Chocolate Ice Cream
Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream for fewer calories than a can of coke!
Equipment
- Ninja CREAMi
Ingredients
- 300 ml Whole Milk I use filtered Cravendale whole milk
- 100 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 50 g Erythritol
- 5 g Xantham Gum
- 10 g Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients
- Freeze for 24 hours
- Use “Ice Cream” setting on Ninja CREAMi
- Re-Spin if necessary (I always re-spin)
- Enjoy
