Chicken and Tomato Instant Pot Risotto

Ingredients
- 500 grams Arborio Rice
- 500 grams Passata with Garlic
- 400 grams Diced Chicken Breast
- 1 cube Beef Stock
- 50 grams Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Herbs
- 1 1/2 cups Water
Instructions
- Saute Chicken
- Add rice, stock cube, passata, and water
- Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes
- Natural release for 9 minutes
- Serve with grated parmesan
