Down 0.2lbs, doesn’t look great, but hear me out. I’ve been ill, like really ill, I haven’t been to the gym all week, haven’t been out for a week, and in all honesty have had a few crappy mental health days which wound up in really not being good with the diet.
Whilst I would rather not have weeks like that, it’s actually been OK to have a bit of a break from the diet. We didn’t go crazy, we resisted the urge of the Pizza Hut buffet, but we did have some tasty treats.
Hopefully having a bit of a break from the exercise and the diet will mean that I have a bit of a boost going forward for a while and will make resisting temptation a little easier.
Not that there is anything I can do about it, but having been on Mounjaro for a few months I can definitely notice the difference now, feeling hungry more often, having the food noise, having cravings. Oh joy. Thank you very much Donald Duck.
