CREAMi Lemon Ice Cream
When life gives you lemon extract, make lemon ice cream
Equipment
- Ninja CREAMi
Ingredients
- 100 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 300 ml Whole Milk I use Cravendale filtered milk
- 3 tbsp Erythritol
- 1/4 tsp Xantham Gum
- 5 ml Sicilian Lemon Extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients
- Freeze for 24 hours
- CREAMify on the Ice Cream setting
- Add a splash of milk and re-spin if needed
