This is it folks, the last of the quickfire posts. Lucky you, there will probably, possibly, be more ramblings in posts from now on, so long as I manage to keep up with posting. Ready, set, go!
Breakfast
It was another early start today, jumping in an Uber to head to the hospital for an appointment which ended up lasting more than 3 hours, so by the end I was seriously hungry and thirsty. Next time I have to go to the hospital I am taking a packed lunch. Luckily I grabbed a couple of cheesestrings as I was heading out the door. 122 calories.
Lunch
There is an open pack of thins that could do with being used before they go bad so yet again I have some corned beef thin sandwiches with a side of cheetos for lunch. 518 calories.
Dinner
For dinner it is a bowl of salad, and when I say a bowl of salad I mean a bowl full of salad, to the brim. It is a massive amount of food. Lettuce, cucumber, peppers, cherry tomatoes, gammon, chicken, cheese, croutons and bacon bits, with some Skinny Co. Garlic and Herb sauce and topped by a sprinkling of bacon flavour crumbles. It might be a sald, but damn was it good and filling. 682 calories.
Snacks
Chocolate and orange flavour pudding. It is a portion for ants, but it is yummy at least. 77 calories. Oh, and I had a bottle of Lucozade sport for 135 calories.
Exercise
A basic gym session today, cardio along with some back and shoulder work. I’m starting to think I should consider trying to get to the gym twice a day, adding an early (for me) morning session. Hmmm…
