Here we go again. I’m trying to think of some song lyrics to mark this moment, but all I can think of is “The return of the Mack.” Whilst I would consider the song an absolute banger, it would probably go over most heads these days. In my case it should more accurately be “the return of the big Mac” though I doubt Macdonalds would be overly pleased with anything Big Mac related being reference on a blog about trying to stop being a fatty, and I for one don’t want to make the clown angry. Anyway, I’m rambling, must be tired or hungry, or both, it’s normally both.

Breakfast

I didn’t get around to having breakfast until fairly late today so I just opt for a quick and easy bowl of coco shreddies. It’s nothing exciting, and looking at the portion size nearly brings me to tears every time, but it is tasty, filling and apparently good for my innards. With BOB Skimmed milk that tastes like semi I get a cheeky shot of chocolate milk once I’ve eaten the shreddies which is a nice little treat. 290 calories.

Lunch

I’m feeling a little off today, dicky tummy, so I don’t really fancy much for lunch, and anyway, I had my shreddies for breakfast, they’ll keep me going. I have a pack of crisps just to have something, though on reflection I didn’t need them, it was more the cravings that were hungry than actually being hungy. Oh well. 71 calories.

Dinner

Taco bowls today, need I say anymore. They may be simple, people might question why not just have a taco, and to them I say, have a taco bowl and come back to me. Yummy yum yum. 685 calories.

Snacks

So what happened was…I saw an advert for fudge, so I ordered some, but being the savvy shopper that I am I made sure to not have to pay for shipping, which meant ordering more than just one bar. If you know fudge, you know it doesn’t last forever, not just because I’m going to eat it but because it is going to go bad. With this in mind, we need to get on and eat some… I’ve searched the website everywhere and can’t find any sort of nutritional information, so whilst fudge is on the menu I’ll just have to accept that it is what is it, try to be what I think counts as sensible. Mint Aero Fudge, lovely jubbly. ??? calories.

Exercise

Between feeling a bit off, and then feeling tired because I feel off, there’s not much to write home about when it comes to exercise today.
