That’s a loss of 3.3lbs for the week. For a week where I have had birthday cake, Urban Burger (chicken burger and chips) and Creams (smores hot crepe pocket with ice cream) for pudding, chippy and ice cream at the seaside, chocolate, homemade milkshake, as well as being relaxed in general when it comes to exercise and diet, any loss is a positive, so I am very happy with the 3.3lbs that I am down this week. Sure, it could have been more, but I am really not complaining.
