I’m not sure how to feel about this weigh in. On one hand, a loss is a loss, it is going in the right direction, and the fact is I didn’t gain it overnight. But, 1.5lbs in a week just doesn’t feel fair when you consider what I’ve been doing and how much I have got to lose.
I was really hoping to be under 400lbs for holiday, but the reality is that’s probably not going to happen. I’m not sure what would be worse, to have missed the target by a mile, or to come up just a couple of pounds short like I’m probably going to. Oh well, I just have to remember it is a target that I set, it doesn’t mean anything, literally nothing changes whether I hit it or not.
