Hi, I’m Leigh

This is my blog. I’m on a health journey, going from weighing over 400lbs to weighing 240lbs, which would be a BMI of 30. I’m a southerner living in Yorkshire, via Cumbria, with my girlfriend, her 3 children and our Beagle, Darby. I have less hair now than in my picture, but I have more teeth, so I guess it all balances out. Suffering from Stockholm syndrome, I love food even though it isn’t good to me.

It has been 329 days since the start of this journey.
